The foundation goes back to 1989. Eagle Industrial Supply was founded as a Metro Detroit industrial distributor calling on OEM and Tier I and II automotive manufacturers including Cummins and Harley Davidson facilities across the region. Working inside that business from the warehouse floor to sales management built something no sales training can replicate — a real understanding of how distributors buy, how MRO purchasing decisions get made, and what it takes to earn consistent product placement across industrial, safety, construction and automotive channels.

The experience that built Eagle Industrial was earned in the field — not in a conference room. Multi-million dollar territory management for some of the most recognized brands in the industrial channel. Technical and engineered product sales that went beyond the sample bag — including hands-on machine diagnostics and repair at end user facilities. National account relationships at Grainger, MSC, Fastenal, Airgas and Motion. Field sales teams led across the United States and Canada. A Midwest region grown 62 percent year over year after inheriting coverage from multiple agencies.
